Enjoy retirement years by learning strategies for positive aging.  During three interactive sessions, participants will discover ways to remain physically active, intellectually alert, and socially engaged.

Examine important questions and gain tools to apply to your life. Expect to learn about strengthening your memory, encouraging “age-supportive” urban design, engaging in social activities, exercising to increase brain function, and more. Optional $6 lunch will follow sessions.

Presented by IUPUI Senior Academy; Center for Aging and Community-University of Indianapolis; Fitness and More for Seniors, LLC; Mid-North Shepherd’s Center; and RSVP of Central Indiana. Questions? Call 317-924-0959 or email mnscenter@aol.com.
