Andrea has been teaching yoga since 1998 and is also a spiritual counselor. Andrea uses the chakras and yoga as a framework to help individuals to facilitate change in their lives. Her dynamic music/meditation CD Chakra Beats takes you on a tour of your Self through a deep understanding of the chakras accompanied by powerful, rhythmic music that connects you physically, mentally and emotionally. She is a musician and dancer, the voice and writer behind the spoken word elements of the show and Associate Director of MASS. Inspired by the power and beauty of traditional yoga asana, her choreography often resembles a fluid yoga sequence. (
