Beverly Roche

Beverly Roche (play character is "Janet") is pleased to collaborate again with Jenni White after appearing in The Good Body at Theatre Non Nobis in October.  Beverly has performed roles at the Phoenix Theatre (Bluff, The Most Fabulous Story Ever Told, Touch-also produced in Chicago); Theatre On the Square (Cementville); Indiana Repertory Theatre (Bonderman Festival), Indianapolis Fringe and the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis.  During the day she works as a Mime for Young Audiences and as Teaching Artist for IRT and VSA, the state organization for arts and disability.  “I was accidentally born at home.  After a few contractions Mother was heading out of the bathroom when she went into labor.  Ten minutes later I came into the world.  My name could have been John!”  She continues, “I was lucky to give birth to my son with the assistance of a certified nurse midwife.  Pregnancy and birth are not illnesses!  I do not need to be sedated to bring forth life.”
