Bottom-Line Performance, which was founded in 1995, focuses on creating learning solutions for corporate, government, and nonprofit clients. Its team consists of instructional designers, multimedia developers, and graphic artists who work together to design training courses, learning games, mobile applications, etc. It has been a corporate partner of Dayspring Center since 2007. Dayspring Center is one of only a few homeless shelters in Indianapolis that serves families. It was founded in 1989 to provide emergency shelter for homeless families and assistance in helping families out of homelessness. It features an emergency shelter as well as transitional housing and supportive services via social work professionals. The Central Indiana chapter of the America Society for Training and Development (CIASTD) is an association for workplace learning professionals. It provides education, networking, and professional development opportunities to its membership. Its membership includes degreed professionals with backgrounds in adult learning, instructional design, and organizational development. The trio is combining its knowledge of learning and knowledge of the homeless issue to produce a learning game that stimulates awareness and helps people identify how to be part of a solution.
