Jodi  Perras

Jodi Perras is an environmental and public health professional with experience in non-profits, government and the media. She has devoted her professional and personal life to working to improve the environment and leave the world a better place for future generations. Since February 2013, she has been the Indiana Campaign Representative for Sierra Club's national Beyond Coal campaign, which is working to move Indiana toward a clean energy future.

Previously, she was the executive director of Improving Kids' Environment, deputy director of the Indianapolis Department of Public Works and deputy commissioner for the Indiana Department of Environmental Management. Her career began with six years as a journalist for the Associated Press in Indianapolis. She is a graduate of Butler University.
