Discover treasures that are “hidden in plain sight” with the people of the Mapleton-Fall Creek community, the members of Broadway United Methodist Church, and members of The Zawadi Exchange. This coffeehouse atmosphere will highlight both the visual and performing arts, including poets, jazz musicians, African drumming, Capoeira (an African form of martial arts), and more. Between “sets,” participants will enjoy food and discuss what generous living looks like, how to recognize it, and how to live more generously. Admission is free. Presented by Broadway United Methodist Church, Mapleton-Fall Creek Development Corporation, Starbucks / Magic Johnson Urban Coffee Opportunities, and The Zawadi Exchange.
