Co-created by Fountain Square artists and community members, this collaborative art installation will feature resident portraits and profiles, as well as Incidental Indianapolis, an exhibit of camera phone photos taken while walking, shopping, driving, etc. This event is the first in a series of community-based art projects occurring in eight different Indianapolis neighborhoods, where people from all walks of life will discover art and link lives within ordinary places.

As part of Big Car's event at the Wheeler Arts Community and in partnership with Second Story, a reading will be featured from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. during Friday's event only. This will feature eight of this year's Spirit & Place essayists, each reading the essay they contributed for the magazine. After the reading, essayists will answer questions from the audience and from moderator Jim Walker. During a short intermission and after the reading, enjoy music by local band Tonas Triad. Presented by Big Car Art Collective, Indianapolis Neighborhood Resource Center, Second Story, and Southeast Neighborhood Development, Inc. Questions?
