John Clark

John Clark is a Senior Fellow at Sagamore Institute where he researches international security; international development; European issues; and civil society at the local, national, and international levels. He has written on a wide range of topics, including organized crime in the former U.S.S.R., Polish political economy, Northeast Asian international security, and U.S. intervention in Central Asia. John is an adjunct professor of political science at Butler University in Indianapolis, where he teaches courses on American politics, political philosophy, public policy, and Russian political economy. He has also taught at Indiana University in Indianapolis.
