Stephanie L. Robertson

Stephanie Lewis Robertson (workshop facilitator, panel moderator)sings to her fabric while she works on her "quilted" constructions that reflect her interests in spirituality, ritual, music, and the power of women. She was a recipient of an Arts Council of Indianapolis Creative Renewal Fellowship in 2001, and she has received two Individual Artists Grants from the Indiana Arts Commission. In 2003, she was the recipient of the Stutz Artist Association Residency, and she was elected the president of the Stutz Artist Association from 2005-2007. Her work has been featured in the Summer 2006 issue of Quilting Arts in an article she wrote called "Deconstructed Screen Printing" and in the August/September 2006 issue of Fiberarts. Her work is included in many corporate and private collections.

Currently, Ms. Robertson is the Program Chair of Fine Arts and Visual Communications at Ivy Tech Community College and is a teaching artist with Young Audiences of Indiana and Sievers School of Fiber Arts.
