T.J. Reynolds

T.J. Reynolds (panelist) is a Hip-Hop poet born in Indianapolis, Indiana. He teaches African drumming and Hip-Hop music to inner-city kids as well as adults. One of the main forces behind the Cultural Vision Award winning community center United States of Mind, Reynolds has organized and participated in hundreds of music, art, and poetry events around the region. When his musical group, The Philosophy, released their debut album, "In the Trenches", it was named one of the 10 best Indiana albums of the year. Recently, he helped compose the performance "Moved" for the Indianapolis Fringe Festival with a modern dance troupe.  Reynolds currently freelances for Nuvo Newsweekly, and is putting the finishing touches on his first solo album.
